拾易台灣觀察站的成立，最早可以追溯至1999年，主要以科普通俗的文字介紹推薦前瞻突破、具備發展潛力、對社會能產生正面效應的產品、服務、科技、觀念。拾易台灣觀察站的文章發表數量不多，但多篇作品獲得政府單位、產業組織、乃至於企業的關注，協助大至政策小至產品的改善。這個迷你網站，也曾經獲得「華文部落格大賞」的授獎鼓勵。
