中壢起家，自民國81年開店已逾卅年的北方麵食店，曾經展店至台北市、桃園市區，目前(2024年)在桃園市中壢區有2家店。
各項北方麵食、小米粥、飯、小菜、飲料等菜色豐富，還有開發一些年輕世代吃法的新餐點(例：炒泡麵)。從餐食口味、店面經營、訂餐點餐動線管理、食材餐具衛生，都有優質一致的品質表現，平價定位，是值得跨一個縣市開車來用餐的好餐館。值得留意的是：部分麵食口味偏甜(類似台南口味)、偏油，或許不能符合大台北地區食客的習慣口味。

Originating
in Zhongli, this Beijing northern food restaurant has run its business for over
30 years since 1992. It once expanded to Taipei City and downtown Taoyuan, and
as of 2024, it operates two locations in Zhongli District, Taoyuan City.
The
restaurant offers a wide variety of Beijing northern noodle foods, millet
porridge, rice dishes, side dishes, and beverages. It has also developed new
menu items catering to younger generations (e.g., stir-fried instant noodles).
With consistent quality in taste, store administration, ordering flow, and
hygiene of ingredients and tableware, this restaurant provides great value and
is worth driving across a county to visit. Notably,
some noodle dishes lean towards a sweeter (similar to Tainan-style) and oilier
taste, which might not suit the preferences of diners e.g. the grand Taipei area.
