從民國70年代開店，目前由第二代女兒經營。相對於觀光客聚集的東石港港口、以及先天宮廟前這2條蚵仔美食街。吳氏蚵捲在食材鮮度、烹調(較不油膩)、料理組合(蚵、蝦、魚)、以及用餐區清潔，適合對食物講究的饕客來享用。

 

各式餐點價格實惠，整體用餐環境仍屬普通水準；店面位置在行政區(鄉公所)旁邊，平日停車方便，但周末假日停車不易。

Since opening in the 1980s, the shop is now run by the second-generation daughter. Unlike the two main oyster food streets - one at Dongshi Port and the other in front of Xiantian Temple, Wu's Oyster Roll focuses on freshness, cooking (less greasy methods), meal mix (oysters, shrimp, fish, etc.) and dining area cleanness, making it ideal for food lovers with discerning tastes.

 

The meal prices are affordable and the overall dining environment meets an average standard. The 
shop is located next to the township office area, with easy parking on weekdays though challenging on weekends.
